For the Tataki Sauce: 1 tbsp sake
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp water
Lemon or lime juice, to taste
Fresh ginger, grated, to taste
Fresh garlic, minced, to taste
Optional: Store-bought ponzu sauce with added ginger & garlic
