Instructions:
1️⃣ Grill the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
3️⃣ Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, layer lettuce, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and roasted corn.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
4️⃣ Add Chicken & Dressing:
- Arrange the grilled chicken slices on top.
- Generously drizzle with the avocado dressing.
- Sprinkle with chili flakes (if using) for a spicy kick.
