400 g sour cream or plain yogurt
For the apple topping:
3–4 medium apples
about 2 tbsp butter for frying
15 g brown sugar
juice of 1 lemon
125 g flour
60 g sugar
75 g cold butter, cubed
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
For serving (optional):
powdered sugar for dusting
