Ingredients

For the Parmesan Beef:

  • 1 lb (450g) beef (ribeye, sirloin, or flank), thinly sliced or cubed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (plus more for topping)

For the Garlic Butter Spaghetti:

  • 12 oz (340g) spaghetti

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)


Instructions

🔪 1. Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.

  3. Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.

  1. Season the beef slices with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and 2 tbsp butter.
