Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

A decadent fusion of two beloved desserts: creamy, spiced cheesecake on a cinnamon graham cracker crust, swirled with a buttery cinnamon-sugar filling and topped with a beautiful puff pastry roll.

For the Crust:

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Filling:

• 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• ½ cup sour cream, at room temperature

• 3 large eggs, at room temperature

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Cinnamon Swirl & Topping:

• 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

• ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

• ½ cup brown sugar, packed

• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

• Powdered sugar, for dusting
