Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, very thinly sliced* (or shaved beef sandwich steaks)

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 6 slices Provolone cheese, chopped (or 1 cup shredded)

  • 1/4 cup Cheez Whiz (optional, for an ultra-authentic touch)

For Assembly:

  • 1 package (12-14 count) egg roll wrappers

  • Water (for sealing wrappers)

  • Vegetable, canola, or peanut oil (for frying)

For Serving (Choose Your Dip):

  • Warm Cheez Whiz

  • Marinara sauce

  • Ranch dressing
