Small eggs 4
Icing sugar 80 g
Extra virgin olive oil 60 ml
Cherry liqueur 30 ml
Milk 250 ml
Flour with baking powder 160 g

Water 80 ml

Preparation:
1. Wash and pit the cherries.
2. Mix the eggs with the icing sugar, oil, liqueur, milk and flour with baking powder.
3. Pour the mixture over the cherries arranged in a mold.
4. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
5. Dissolve the sugar in the water to make the syrup.
6. Wet the surface of the cake with the syrup before serving.
