Ingredients:

1 cup water (warm)

▢ 1 tbsp honey raw

▢ 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar raw

▢ 2 tbsps ginger root grated

▢ ⅛ tsp cinnamon ground

▢ ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:

Combine warm water with raw honey.

Grate fresh ginger and add into jar.

Add a dash of fresh cinnamon and cayenne pepper.

Combine well with a whisk or adding a lid and shaking up.
