TOTAL PARTIES:
1 kg zucchini
2 pcs onion (finely chopped)
1 bunch of parsley (hacked)
2 pcs eggs
0.5 Cup cheese, grated (e.g.: Gouda, Emmentaler…))
0.5 cup breadcrumb
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon of flour
1 I olive oil for baking
1 tablespoon flour for turning
Preparation:

1. First wash the zucchini, rub and put it in a sieve, sprinkle 1 TL of salt over it and drain.
