Instructions:

In a food processor or blender, combine avocado flesh, lemon juice, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Blend until silky smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. - Layer & Garnish:
Divide the mousse evenly among small serving glasses or ramekins. Top generously with diced smoked salmon. - Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to enhance flavors. Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs and a twist of black pepper. For extra flair, add a pinch of lemon zest or edible flowers.
