Ingredients

For the Seafood:

  • 1 (6-8 oz) salmon fillet (skin on/off)

  • ยฝ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„

  • ยฝ tsp dried oregano

  • ยผ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

For the Fettuccine:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter ๐Ÿงˆ

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„

  • 1 ยฝ cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan ๐Ÿง€ (+ extra for garnish)

  • ยผ tsp black pepper

  • Pinch of salt (adjust to taste)

  • ยผ cup reserved pasta water (if needed)
