- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the carrots, potatoes, and garlic powder, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth, water, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the green beans, corn, peas, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pot and let the soup simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
