Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Flatten into rectangle – Place on parchment paper, about ½-inch thick.

- Roll tightly – Using parchment paper, carefully roll into a log.
- Transfer to baking dish, brush with Dijon mustard, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until cooked through & cheese is bubbly.
- Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice & serve.
