Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs

Directions:

  1. Hard-boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12-15 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool.
  2. Prepare the filling: Peel and halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with cream cheese, mayo, mustard, jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the eggs: Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites. Top with shredded cheddar.
  4. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
