Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). - Prepare Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch glass casserole dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom. - Arrange Lemon and Shrimp:
Place the lemon slices in a single layer over the butter mixture. Arrange the cleaned and deveined shrimp on top of the lemon slices. - Season Shrimp:
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning packet evenly over the shrimp. Follow with the dried parsley and black pepper. - Bake:
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and tender. - Serve and Enjoy:
