Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery until tender.
2️⃣ Stir in garlic and flour to make a roux. Cook 2 mins, stirring constantly.
3️⃣ Gradually whisk in seafood stock. Add tomatoes, paprika, thyme, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 mins.
5️⃣ Add scallops and lobster. Cook 10 more mins until seafood is done.
6️⃣ Stir in parsley and green onions before serving.
