Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Beef & Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, crumbling it as it cooks.

Add the diced green bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.

3. Season & Create the Sauce

Stir in salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add cream cheese, stirring until completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

4. Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat everything in the creamy beef mixture.

5. Assemble & Bake

Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Top evenly with shredded provolone cheese.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden on top.
