Directions:
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Combine:Ā Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until incorporated (do not overmix).

- Assemble Cookies:
- ScoopĀ 1 tbsp of cookie doughĀ and flatten slightly in your palm.
- Place ½ tsp of cream cheese filling in the center.
- Fold dough over the filling and roll into a ball, sealing completely.
