Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Place the Hawaiian rolls on a cutting board and using a serrerated knife cut the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet.
- Add the sliced roast beef on top of the rolls.
- Spread the Ardy’s sauce evenly over the meat.
- Place dollops of cheddar cheese sauce on each individual slider and spread. Put the bun lids back on top.
- In a small bowl melt the butter and mix in the garlic and onion powder. Brush evenly over the top of the buns and sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake on the middle rack for 12-14 minutes.
- Serve with extra Arby’s or BBQ sauce.
Notes
- You can also use regular slices of cheddar cheese instead of the cheese sauce, or substitute a different variety of cheese.
- Hawaiian rolls are my favorite but brioche or potato buns also work well.
- If you can’t find everything bagel seasoning, combine some poppy seeds with sesame seeds. You could also add some flaky salt, black pepper, dried onion, and dried garlic.
