Seafood Platter with Golden Butter Sauce

Ingredients

For the Seafood:

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 lobster tails, split lengthwise

  • 4–6 cooked crab legs

  • 12 mussels, cleaned and debearded

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary), for garnish

For the Golden Butter Sauce:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme or rosemary

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
