  • 2 (8-10 oz) ribeye or sirloin steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary

For the Creamy Alfredo Pasta:

  • 8 oz (225g) fettuccine or linguine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • Β½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese (+ extra for serving)
  • ΒΌ tsp black pepper
  • ΒΌ tsp nutmeg (optional but adds depth)
  • Salt to taste

Garnish (Optional but Recommended):

  • Chopped parsley
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Lemon zest
