Ingredients (Serves 2-4)
For the Cajun Steak:
- 2 (8-10 oz) ribeye or sirloin steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary
For the Creamy Alfredo Pasta:
- 8 oz (225g) fettuccine or linguine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- Β½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese (+ extra for serving)
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
- ΒΌ tsp nutmeg (optional but adds depth)
- Salt to taste
Garnish (Optional but Recommended):
- Chopped parsley
- Red pepper flakes
- Lemon zest
