Honey Garlic Shrimp & Sausage Stir-Fry

– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 oz turkey sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
– Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped for garnish (optional)
