- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour (more if needed)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing rolls)

- 1 tsp honey (for a touch of sweetness in the dough)
- 1 tsp garlic powder or dried herbs (for savory rolls)
- Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (for topping)
