🛒 Ingredients

For the Pork Chops:

  • 4 boneless pork chops (or bone-in for more flavor)

  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half & half for lighter option)

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional – adds tang)

Optional Thickener:

  • 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp cold water (mixed to make slurry)

Garnish:

  • Fresh chopped parsley

🍳 Instructions

1. Season & Sear Pork Chops

  • Pat pork chops dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.

  • Sear pork chops ~3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2. Make Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • Lower skillet heat and add butter.

  • Sauté garlic for ~30 seconds, until fragrant.

  • Add Italian seasoning, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard.

  • Stir well and simmer 2–3 minutes.
